Balsamic Vinegar Watermelon Cubes
Seedless Watermelon cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup 25 years old Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar
Trim and cut melon in to 1" cubes, using melon baller, remove small pocket on top of cube.
Turn the cubes over on a paper towel to drain for 20 minutes. At this point you can also wrap them in plastic wrap for several hours until needed. Add a few drops of balsamic to center (use an eyedropper). Garnish with a mint or basil leaf
