Balsamic Vinegar Watermelon Cubes

Seedless Watermelon cut into 1″ cubes
1/2 cup 25 years old Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar

Trim and cut the melon into 1″ cubes, using a melon baller, remove small pocket on top of the cube.

Turn the cubes over on a paper towel to drain for 20 minutes. At this point, you can also wrap them in plastic wrap for several hours until needed. Add a few drops of balsamic to center (use an eyedropper). Garnish with a mint or basil leaf
